Join this Yoga session to stregthen your core and practice your breathing! Your host will guide you through easy yoga routines that will get your mind and body relaxed. This low energy workout is for people of all levels. You don't need to be an expert to join in on the fun!

How it works

  1. Find a quiet space with lots of room.

  2. Follow along as your host guides you through the moves (no equipment required).

  3. Take a few water breaks throughout the session to keep you hydrated.

Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Norma! I been with Easterseals for several years. My passion is helping others by mentioning what I have learned throughout the years as Life Skills Coach. I like to explore what the world has to offer with its different cultures alongside my peers and coaches through Virtual Community. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, go to the beach, listen to music, and read. Most of all, I like to travel and make memories.
